Here for the long haul.
The right financial injection to aid business recovery or boost emerging businesses
Commercial Finance
Grandholm has access to its own funds in addition to a close network of carefully selected commercial finance partners. Once we have addressed the underlying issues or challenges facing a client with a sound strategy and action plan, we can then assist with raising finance, re-financing or investing in facilities.
The injection of cash flow is done without compromising the pace of business growth. Our core services include:
- invoice finance
- asset finance
- contract finance
- refinancing
- stock finance.
Invoice Finance
Our services for invoice finance help companies inject instant cash and improve cash flow. This is a quick and convenient way to raise finance and boost sales, especially when there are unpaid invoices to settle.
Asset Finance
Should the business decide to fund machinery and equipment, our asset finance service helps release additional working capital by refinancing and distributing the cost of assets through their economic life.
Contract Finance
Contract finance is considered when a business has clients with strict contracts with terms that lead to difficulties recovering money. Contract finance is especially helpful when the business has immediate project costs, payroll, and similar overheads.
Refinance
Refinance services are for business payment schedules that are required to be revised to comply with debt repayment. A business that refinances can avoid penalties and extend its maturity dates.
Stock Finance
Stock finance should be considered as a way to release cash for businesses that hold stock restricted to a warehouse.
